| We Believe That there is One true living and eternal God, manifested in three ways, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit). The Bible is God's revelation to man, fully inspired, without error, and the only infallible Word of God. Jesus Christ is Lord and that all the fullness of God dwells in him. He is God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. That his life was sinless, he performed every miracle recorded in the Bible. We believe that Jesus shed his blood and died on Calvary's cross paying the price for man's redemption. That he rose physically from the dead and he ascended into heaven. That he will soon return in power and glory as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We believe the Holy Spirit came forth from God to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify and empower for ministry all who are believers in Jesus Christ; we believe the Holy Spirit is for all who believe and bestows spiritual gifts in and among believers on earth since the day of Pentecost and until Jesus returns. We believe the baptism of the Holy Ghost is an experience intended for every believer in Christ and is subsequent to repentance with divine forgiveness. The baptism of the Holy Ghost is evidenced by speaking in other tongues as the Spirit of God gives the utterance. We believe that all men are sinners by nature and by choice and are therefore under condemnation and that God regenerates and baptizes with the Holy Spirit those who repent of their sins and turn to Jesus Christ. We believe all who have given their lives to Christ should be water baptized by emersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ according to the examples recorded in the scriptures. We believe the Lord's supper is for all believers. We believe in the Power of prayer and that prayer changes things. We believe that if God's people repent that he will send revival and healing to the world. We believe that God moves in the miraculous as well as in the ordinary experiences of our lives. We believe divine healing and deliverance from sickness is provided for all in the atonement and is a covenant privilege to every believer. |
